Γιατί όταν σκύβουμε μπροστά αυξάνεται η κοιλιακή πίεση και αυτή μεταδίδεται στον οισοφάγο που βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο πίσω μέρος του αριστερού κόλπου της καρδιάς. Οπότε είναι κάτι τελείως φυσιολογικό.
