Σας φιλώ..

Όλοι, ότι κάνουμε ..έχουμε σαν βασικό στόχο μας την ευτυχία..
Ίσως όλοι εμείς εδώ και πολλοί άλλοι εκεί έξω (που σαν κι εμάς) προσπαθούν να βρουν την αρμονία τους) να είμαστε πιο ευαίσθητοι, περισσότερο ιδεολόγοι, ..οραματιστές…με δυο λόγια πιο ανθρώπινοι…(από την πλειοψηφία)..κι επειδή ο κόσμος ..η «πραγματικότητα» εκεί έξω ..δεν είναι εκείνη που θα θέλαμε ..δεν μας κάνει.. ίσως γι αυτό απογοητευόμαστε, χάνουμε τις ελπίδες μας, το κουράγιο,…κλεινόμαστε. .και πιεζόμαστε ..ώστε να αντεπεξέλθουμε όσο πιο «φυσιολογικά» μπορούμε…σε αυτό που όλοι ονομάζουν «ζωή»..

Επειδή όμως ακριβώς βλέπουμε πως δεν έχουμε την δυνατότητα να αλλάξουμε τον κόσμο… χάνουμε κατά καιρούς και την δύναμη μας ..την ελπίδα μας… πληγωνόμαστε…

Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω πια είναι η σωστή απάντηση στο ερώτημα σου αυτό ..ξέρω όμως πως υπάρχουν τρόποι που θα βοηθήσουν την «ελπίδα»…για βελτίωση ,θεραπεία ..και ζωή… να μείνει για πιο πολύ….
Ένας τρόπος είναι να ήμαστε καλοί με τους εαυτούς μας…,να υπάρχουν ,να βρούμε πράγματα ή ενέργειες που να μας κάνουν να μένουμε ήρεμοι. .,να δώσουμε χρόνο σε αυτά. .να μας απασχολούν ευχάριστα… να μας χαρίζουν στιγμούλες δύναμης ..ίσως και ευτυχίας(αλλιώς =ισορροπίας. .αρμονίας)

[[[ Εμένα πχ μου αρέσει να ασχολούμαι με τα φυτά…μου δίνει χαρά να φυτεύω πχ φακές ή σιτάρι σε λίγο χώμα και ύστερα από μερικές ημέρες να τα βλέπω να φυτρώνουν τόσο όμορφα… μου αρέσει να διαβάζω ενδιαφέροντα βιβλία…να κάνω 50λεπτα μπάνια.. να είμαι μόνο εγώ και το νερό(το τρεχούμενο νερό έχει πολλές ιαματικές ιδιότητες)..
Συγκεντρώνομαι σε αυτά… μέχρι να «περάσει» ..
Ίσως είναι χαζά…ίσως σας φαίνονται επιφανειακά ,ρηχά…δίνουν όμως «χρόνο»…
Ίσως φανώ υπερβολική αλλά νομίζω πως πάρα πολλά άσχημα πράγματα άρχισαν όταν οι άνθρωποι έχασαν την επαφή τους με την φύση..
Παλιότερα οι άνθρωποι ζούσαν περικυκλωμένοι από την φύση…την έβλεπαν να περνά απ όλες τις φάσεις. .έβλεπαν τα φυτά να ανθίζουν ..να μαραίνονται ..και να ανθίζουν ξανά και ξανά…από το τίποτα ..αυτό τους έδινε την αίσθηση πως είναι φυσικό να είσαι καλά ,αλλά και να μην είσαι.. πως κάθε τι θέλει το χρόνο του..

Τώρα όμως ..δεν υπάρχει ο χρόνος αυτός. .υπάρχει μόνο πίεση από όλους με αποτέλεσμα συναισθήματα όπως «η λύπη» και η «ευαισθησία»που ΕΙΝΑΙ φυσιολογικά…να θεωρούνται ξένα ,αφύσικα και να μας κάνουν όλους εδώ έτσι όπως ήμαστε… ]]]

Καλώς η κακώς η ζωή μετά από μια κάθοδο έχει πάντα άνοδο ,και μετά και πάλι κάθοδο και ούτω καθεξής…
Είναι η ισορροπία του σύμπαντος…
Ίσως γι αυτό κάθε φορά που τελειώνουν όλα τα αποθέματα της δύναμης και της ελπίδας μας.. έχουμε φτάσει στο κατώτερο σημείο ..και το μόνο που απομένει είναι μια ανοδική πορεία…
Αρκεί να δοθεί λίγος χρόνος…
Ίσως είναι έτσι ..ίσως όχι…

Προσωπικά σε κάποια δική μου «κάθοδο»…αντίδραση ως προς την «πραγματικότητα» που υπάρχει εκεί έξω.. κάποιος μου είπε..- σταμάτα να ελπίζεις ..ότι θα αλλάξει ο κόσμος ..ότι θα είναι πιο εύκολα ..ότι οι άνθρωποι θα γίνουν πιο κατανοητικοί…μάθε να επιβιώνεις… συνήθισε το… δέξου το… -του απάντησα – Αν σταματήσω να ελπίζω ..θα πεθάνω την ίδια στιγμή…γιατί το μόνο που με κρατάει είναι η ελπίδα μου….

Και Ξερεις τι Paramithi μου?…
Και η ελπίδα είναι μια πραγματικότητα..
Κι εμείς που μπορούμε να ελπίζουμε ακόμη ..όχι μόνο για ότι γίνετε γύρω μας αλλά και για την θεραπεία μας (γιατί ο εαυτός μας είναι μια μικρογραφία του κόσμου)…

Πρέπει να κάνουμε ότι περνάει από το χέρι μας ώστε να δίνουμε οξυγόνο στην ελπίδα αυτή…

Όσο για το «ο θεός μας δίνει να βιώσουμε όσα μπορούμε
Να αντέξουμε» το σίγουρο είναι πως είναι παρηγοριά…
..και τα χάδια ..και η τρυφερότητα ..είναι το καλύτερο φάρμακο… :)

Και λίγα λόγια παρηγοριάς….

• Η μόνη μας υποχρέωση.. είναι να σώσουμε τα όνειρα μας…
• Όλες οι απαντήσεις στα ερωτήματα μου.. είναι μέσα μου…
• Ότι κάνω ..είναι καλό..

• Είμαι πάντα στο σωστό μέρος, την σωστή ώρα, και ασχολούμαι με επιτυχία με το σωστό πράγμα..

• Τα λάθη.. είναι μεγάλες στιγμές…

• Αξίζω τα καλύτερα στην ζωή μου…

• Ψάχνω την λύση ..η λύση είναι πάντα δυνατή…

• Ο ρόλος μου πάνω στην γη ..είναι σημαντικός για την ύπαρξη της ..είμαι παιδί της γης..

• Είμαι εδώ ..δεν βιάζομαι καθόλου ..και αυτό που κάνω τώρα είναι το σημαντικότερο…

• Η αγάπη και ο φόβος δεν μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν .Η αγάπη εξημερώνει τον φόβο..

• Συχωρώ στον εαυτό μου όλα τα λάθη. .δεν υπάρχουν λάθη ,μόνο μαθήματα.

• Πιστεύω στα θαύματα..

• Κάθε μου κύτταρο είναι γεμάτο από φως ,το οποίο με καθαρίζει με υγιαίνει και με δυναμώνει..
