    Λίστα συμπτωμάτων ΙΔΨ

    Γεια σε όλους, αν και δεν είμαι τόσο υπέρ της κατηγοριοποίησης, ταμπελοποίησης των πραγμάτων στις ψυχολογικές ασθένειες, η συγκεκριμένη λίστα εδώ, των συμπτωμάτων της ΙΔΨ, δείχνει πραγματικά πόσο "πλούσια", γεμάτη και πολύπλοκη είναι η πάθηση αυτή. Φυσικά παίζει ρόλο ακόμα η ένταση και διάρκεια των εμμονών, ιδεών, ψυχαναγκασμών. Και αν υπάρχει κάτι θετικό στο να διαβάζουμε μια λίστα σαν και αυτή, υποθέτω είναι να αναγνωρίσουμε, εντοπίσουμε που είναι το πρόβλημα, να το αποδεχτούμε, ώστε να δουλέψουμε πάνω σε αυτό. Και για τους άλλους που δεν πάσχουν, να μπορούν να καταλάβουν καλύτερα ότι ο δικός τους άνθρωπος μπορεί να ταλαιπωρείται από κάποια από όλα αυτά και να δείχνουν μεγαλύτερη κατανόηση, συμπαράσταση, γιατί πραγματικά είναι μια πολύ βασανιστική αγχώδης διαταραχή.
    Πάντως το παραθέτω και για το λόγο ότι αρκετοί πιστεύουν ακόμη ότι ΙΔΨ είναι να πλένεις επαναλαμβανόμενα τα χέρια σου ή να τσεκάρεις 100 φορές το θερμοσίφωνα ή την κουζίνα. Όχι, είναι πολλά, πολλά, πολλά, πολλά άλλα ακόμη!

    Symptoms

    Diseases such as AIDS, hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases
    Bodily waste, secretions, urine, feces, saliva, blood
    Dirt or germs
    Household cleansing agents or chemicals

    Hoarding, Saving, and Collecting Obsessions
    (Examples)

    Urge to know or remember certain things-slogans, license plate numbers, names, words, events of the past
    Picking up items from the ground
    Filling empty space
    Difficulty throwing things away, even seemingly useless items
    Collecting useless things
    Saving or collecting seemingly useless items

    Harming Obsessions
    (Examples)

    Causing harm to self
    Causing harm to others
    Possibility of acting on unwanted impulses (stab someone, hit someone)
    Imagined responsibility for a terrible accident ("Hit and run OCD")
    Fear of blurting out insults or obscenities
    Doing something embarrassing or looking foolish
    Violent or horrific images in the individual's mind causing one to do harm to others

    Sexual Obsessions

    Thoughts of sexual violence

    Perfectionistic Obsessions

    Fear of saying something wrong, not saying something just right, or leaving out details

    Symmetry Obsessions

    Having items in environment lined up or ordered perfectly
    Preoccupation with color matching
    Making certain that events are scheduled or synchronized

    Somatosensory Obsessions

    Upset by certain sounds and noises-clocks ticking, loud noises, buzzing
    Sensitive to the feel of clothing or textures on the skin
    Intrusive nonsense sounds, music, words
    Excessive focus on bodily functions, health or physical appearance
    Unusual need to pick at seams or stroke certain surfaces

    Superstitious Obsessions

    Fear of saying certain words because of obsessional beliefs
    Fear of using certain colors for superstitious reasons
    Fears about deviating from certain patterns of counting, walking around ladders, walking between oil spots on the pavement, etc.
    Concern with lucky and unlucky numbers

    Relationship Obsessions

    Inability to let go of needing to control another persons behavior
    Extreme over-protectiveness
    Stalking
    Sacrificing self-care to be around another person
    Fantasizing continually about a relationship

    Olfactory Reference Obsessions

    Intrusive thoughts about body odor
    Social avoidance
    Excessive wearing of perfumes or deodorant
    Repetitive washing
    Repetitive changing of clothes
    Intense shame, anxiety, embarrassment

    Body Dysmorphic Obsessions

    Excessive worry about appearance of specific area or part of body. (e.g. hair, nose, lips, skin, breasts, buttocks, thighs, sex organs)
    Preoccupation has had negative impact on life

    Reassurance-Seeking Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Continual need to share thoughts, feelings, ideas and reactions with others
    Marked difficulty in being alone for more than short periods
    Constant questioning of others about appropriateness of one's own behavior
    Excessive need to repetitively ask others for reassurance
    Need to confess wrong behavior, even the slightest insignificant infractions of behavior toward others

    Cleaning and Washing Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Excessive or lengthy hand washing
    Showering or bathing for excessive amounts of time, often in a ritualistic way of tooth brushing, grooming, shaving, etc. that is excessive or ritualistic
    Continual cleaning of things in one's environment
    Avoidance of any objects considered "contaminated" by "germs" or thoughts
    Avoidance of specific places-cities, towns, buildings-considered "contaminated"
    Concern with wearing gloves or other protection to avoid "contamination"

    Hoarding, Saving, and Collecting Compulsions

    Risk Taking Behavior Compulsions

    Inability to refuse dares made to self or by others
    Gambling for excessive lengths of time or beyond financial means
    Inability to stay away from dangerous activities (fireworks, car racing, etc.)
    Repeatedly engaging in risky sex
    Taking extreme risks which may compromise health status

    Checking Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Checking that one did not make a mistake
    Checking an aspect of physical condition such as blood pressure, or heart beat
    Checking that one did not harm others without realizing it
    Checking that one did not harm the OC sufferer with realizing it
    Checking safety of physical surroundings-locks, windows, appliances, stoves
    Checking that boxes, closets or jars are closed

    Safety Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Checking one did not do something that lead to future harm
    Taking excessive steps to prevent harm to self or others - for example, avoidance of certain objects or extreme precautions to prevent unlikely harm or danger

    Mental Ritual Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Mental rituals-prayers, repeating "good" thoughts to counteract "bad" thoughts performed with the intention of reducing or neutralizing anxiety
    Superstitious behavior that takes excessive amounts of time
    Need to touch, tap, or rub certain items or people

    Repeating, Counting, Ordering Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Reading and rereading things, sometimes for hours
    Excessive worrying that one didn't understand something one read
    Excessive writing and rewriting things
    Repeating routine activities-going in and out of doorways, repeated crossing of thresholds, getting up and down from a chair, combing hair, tying shoes, dressing and undressing over and over
    Doing certain activities a particular number of times
    Counting items-books on a shelf, ceiling tiles, cars going by
    Counting during compulsive activities, such as checking and washing
    Arranging items in a certain order - books, pencils, cupboards

    Food-Related Ritual Compulsions

    Eating ritualistically according to specific "rules"
    Arranging food or utensils in ritualistic manner
    Refusing to eat except at certain times or under certain conditions
    Eating foods in a particular order

    Spending, Shopping or Acquiring Compulsions
    (Examples)

    Compulsive shopping
    Hoarding purchased items
    Shopping for excessive lengths of time or in ritualistic patterns
    Buying a great number of items due to fear of running out

    Ουπς, μόλις ανακάλυψα ότι έχω και ΙΨΔ!
    Ειδικά να μην πετάω ποτέ άχρηστα πράγματα, να έχω εμμονή με την προσωπική μου υγιεινή και να φοβάμαι κάποιες ασθένειες

    Ωχ, Mriya, ελπίζω να μην αγχώθηκες, βασικά το σκεφτόμουν και με προβλημάτισε, αν κάποιοι το διαβάσουν, δουν ένα δύο συμπτώματα και κάνουν αυτοδιάγνωση ότι έχουν ΙΔΨ.
    Να τονίσω ότι παίζει πολύ μεγάλο ρόλο σε πόση ΕΝΤΑΣΗ, ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ, ΕΠΑΝΑΛΗΨΗ συμβαίνουν, δηλαδή πόσο χρόνο της ημέρας σου, ζωής σου, σε απασχολούν όλα αυτά και σε ταλαιπωρούν και το άγχος που σου δημιουργούν. Με άλλα λόγια πόσο επηρεάζουν την ποιότητα ζωής σου.
    Επίσης συνήθως στην πάθηση εμφανίζονται κατά καιρούς αρκετά και μπορεί να εναλλάσσονται κιόλας πολλά από αυτά που έχει λίστα.
    Γιατί εντάξει μια δυο εμμονές όλοι οι άνθρωποι μπορεί να παρουσιάσουν και να έχουν κατά καιρούς, και είναι φυσιολογικό, δεν σημαίνει ότι έχουν την πάθηση.

    Lol και εγώ ανά περιόδους νομίζω ότι έχω αρκετά συμπτώματα..Ελπίζω να μην είναι αυτό...

    Αρε breath τι μασ έκανες:p

    Παιδιά sorry... ας το σβήσει η διαχείριση, ειλικρινά δεν έχω πρόβλημα, αν κρίνουν ότι δεν βοηθάει!! Μην σας αγχώσω και περισσότερο, αυτό μας έλειπε.

    Εμένα προσωπικά δεν μ άγχωσες απλώς δεν είχα φανταστεί ,ότι μπορεί να έχω κάτι τέτοιο...και δεν νομίζω να έχω..

    Για μερικούς καλό είναι αύτο τ θέμα ,αλλά για άλλους μπορεί να τσ βάλει σ Extra σκέψεις...και ίσως και λιγάκι αγχος.

    Ναι έχεις δίκιο superboy! Και τη διάγνωση καλό είναι να την κάνει ένας ειδικός πάντα. Μην το χρησιμοποιήσετε για κάτι τέτοιο δηλαδή.
    Βασικά το παρέθεσα γιατι πραγματικά ένας που την έχει την πάθηση, μπορεί να εμφανίζει πολλά από αυτά και σε πολύ ένταση. Και ας το κατανοήσει ο κόσμος που δεν ξέρει τι είναι και νομίζει ότι είναι κάτι απλό. Παρουσιάζεται με πλήθος συμπτωμάτων.

    Και για να το ξεκαθαρίσω αν ένας εμφανίζει ορισμένα από αυτά τα συμπτώματα, δεν σημαίνει ότι πάσχει και από ΙΔΨ. Όπως ας πούμε η κάθε μελαγχολία, πικρή σκέψη δε σημαίνει και κατάθλιψη.

    το θεμα περιπλεκεται οταν συνυπαρχουν και αλλες ασθενειες παιδια οπως πχ αποπροσωποποιηση!

    Ναι συμφωνώ lawer, όπως και εγώ έχω και κοινωνική φοβία. Στα δύο το ένα δώρο, χα χα... Τι λέω σήμερα...
    Τι να κάνουμε ο κάθε πάσχων είναι και μια μοναδική περίπτωση, έχουμε αυτό το προνόμιο... Οι λίστες, κατηγορίες κλπ είναι απλά ενδεικτικές.

    και το πιο τρομακτικο γιαυτους που πασχουν απο ιψδ ειναι οτι μπορει να συνοδευεται και απο αλλες πιο σοβαρες παθησεις!

    Μετά απο αυτό το θέμα καταλαβαίνω ότι έχω πεθάνει και εδώ γράφει το φάντασμά μου ή κάτι άλλο.Πάντως όχι εγώ.Μιλώντας σοβαρά αν όλα αυτά εντάσσονται ως προβλήματα τότε παίζει να είμαι απο τις πιο προβληματικές προσωπικότητες που έχουν περάσει απο τον πλανήτη γη.Και από ότι φαίνεται πρέπει να κόψω το διάβασμα γιατί τελικά η άγνοια είναι ευτυχία

    Breath , δεν χρειαζαται να το σβησεις . Αλλα θα πρεπει να πουμε πως αυτες οι λιστες ειναι πολυ γενικες και δεν βοηθουν στο να γινει διαγνωση.
    Διαβαζοντας αυτη την λιστα , πιστευω πως ενα πολυ μεγαλο ποσοστο του πληθυσμου θα ταυτιζοταν με καποια απο αυτα τα συμπτωματα , ενω η αληθεια ειναι πως η ΙΨΔ αφορα ενα 1-3% του πληθυσμου.
    Παραδειγμα , μια μητερα που ανησυχει συχνα για τα παιδια της ή ενας πιστος που εχει προκαταληψεις και κανει τον σταυρο του για να διωξει το "κακο" θα μπορουσαν , βλεποντας αυτα τα συμπτωματα , να πουν πως εχουν ΙΨΔ.
    Στην πραγματικοτητα κανενας απο τους δυο δεν εχει.
