18th annual congress of
European Federation of Psychology Students\' Associations – EFPSA[/align]

The European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA) is the largest
organisation of that type in Europe (www.efpsa.org). It assembles national psychology students\'
associations from 19 European countries as full members of EFPSA, and 10 more associations as
observers. However, EFPSA is open for all European psychology students.
Its bodies are: General Assembly, Executive Board and Services. All of these bodies meet once
a year at the EFPSA Congress, which is traditionally held each spring in a different European country.
The Congress has both an organisational and a scientific component that elaborates psychological
themes relevant for the space and time that we are living in.
The 18th EFPSA Congress will be held from 2nd to 9th May 2004 in Serbia and Montenegro,
on the beautiful mountain Kopaonik (www.efpsa18c.org). The topic of the Congress is
\"Communication\", with emphasis on its psychological aspects. Students are invited to give their own
paper presentations (orally or on posters) or lead a workshop on the topic of the congress. The
participants will attend lectures and students\' papers presentations, take part in seminars and
workshops, as well as the meetings of EFPSA General Assembly and EFPSA Work Groups sessions.
They will also take part in organised social and cultural activities.
All European psychology students can apply for attending the congress. You can find the
application form with propositions and all the information needed on the official congress website:
www.efpsa18c.org. The applications must be approved by your country\'s representative in EFPSA and
by the Organising Committee. All participants have to pay the participation fee (the amount depends on
the country and the time of payment, which is explained on the website). The participation fee will cover
the accommodation and meals costs, and participants have to cover their own travel expenses.
