Is there such a thing as stress running?
Does anyone else go for a run when they're stressed? When life throws me lemons or I'm overworked, I find a way to make jogging a priority to help me psychologically and physically. Don't get me wrong: I have other vices, and I occasionally take a break from running for a few weeks or months (generally winter in the Northeast). When things get a little out of hand, however, I turn to running. Until I overdo it and get hurt, it's my best and most effective coping strategy.
Edit: Hugz and thanks for the well wishes. Thanks to running, I'm in a good position. In all seriousness, it's just everyday life, work, and my aged parents' worsening health. After an easy 4 miles, everything is fine.

Cardio exercise naturally produces dopamine and de toxes our body. Also if we do cardio in the country we activate our peripheral moving vision. All the above work well against anxiety disorders and also sleep disorders.
We humans are designed to be in motion during day time. Also our contact with nature is necessary.
So go for a run in the park, get some sunshine, walk on the grass barefoot.
